How to use Zoho meeting for online appointments?

By integrating Zoho Meeting with DaySchedule, you can automatically embed meeting links into your appointment bookings, ensuring your virtual meetings are both organized and efficient.

Whether you’re hosting one-on-one consultations, team meetings, or client calls, the Zoho meeting integration helps you to streamlines the scheduling process with advanced feature like recording, screen share and unlimited participants for webinars.

Connect with Zoho Meeting

Before integrating Zoho Meeting with DaySchedule, ensure that you have a Zoho Meeting account set up. If you don’t have one, you can sign up on the Zoho Meeting website and follow the onboarding process to get started.

Once you are logged in to Zoho meeting, follow these steps to connect Zoho meeting with DaySchedule.

  1. Go to Connections
  2. Click on Connect button beside Zoho meeting.
  3. You will be redirected to Zoho website to confirm the access
  4. Click on Accept button to grant access to DaySchedule

Zoho meeting in Event location

Once connected with Zoho, select Zoho Meeting as your preferred video conferencing on the location drop down.

You can also customize your event to specify custom meeting durations, selecting preferred time zones, and configuring automatic email notifications when an appointment is booked.

Click on the Finish button apply the changes.

Schedule appointments with Zoho Meeting

Now, share your appointment website page with your customers or embed to your website.

When someone schedule an appointment through DaySchedule, it will automatically generate a Zoho Meeting link. Simply select Zoho Meeting as the location or meeting type, and DaySchedule will embed the meeting link into the appointment details.

This link will be sent to your clients or team members via Email, text reminder SMS and WhatsApp to join the meeting on scheduled time

Manage and join Zoho Meetings

On the day of the appointment, both you and your client can easily join the meeting directly from the DaySchedule dashboard or the email notification.

  • Login to your DaySchedule account
  • Go to Bookings

The meeting link will take you directly to Zoho Meeting, where you can host your virtual meeting and webinar with all the features Zoho Meeting offers, such as screen sharing, recording, and chat based on your plan.
