DaySchedule makes it easy to manage group bookings for appointments, classes, or events. If you’re hosting a group session and need to cancel one of the invitees without affecting the rest of the attendees.
Here’s how you can cancel an invitee from a group booking:
- Log in to your DaySchedule account
- From the sidebar, click on Bookings to view all scheduled appointments.
- Click on the specific group event from which you want to remove an invitee.
- Scroll through the invitee list or use the search box to find the person you’d like to cancel.
- Click on the Change status button
- A modal will appear allowing you to enter a reason for the cancellation notification, enter the comment to include in notification.
- Click the Submit button to confirm. The invitee will be removed from the session, and a notification will be sent if applicable.
Please note: Canceling an invitee does not cancel the entire group appointment. and If your event includes payment, be sure to manage refunds manually if required.
