How to cancel an invitee from group booking session?

DaySchedule makes it easy to manage group bookings for appointments, classes, or events. If you’re hosting a group session and need to cancel one of the invitees without affecting the rest of the attendees.

Here’s how you can cancel an invitee from a group booking:

  1. Log in to your DaySchedule account
  2. From the sidebar, click on Bookings to view all scheduled appointments.
  3. Click on the specific group event from which you want to remove an invitee.
  4. Scroll through the invitee list or use the search box to find the person you’d like to cancel.
  5. Click on the Change status button
  6. A modal will appear allowing you to enter a reason for the cancellation notification, enter the comment to include in notification.
  7. Click the Submit button to confirm. The invitee will be removed from the session, and a notification will be sent if applicable.

Please note: Canceling an invitee does not cancel the entire group appointment. and If your event includes payment, be sure to manage refunds manually if required.
