Whether your clients speak English, Spanish, French, or any other language, you can customize the appointment booking system with custom translation settings accordingly.

Localization
We understand that language is more than just words; it’s about cultural nuances and context. Our Multi-Language Support feature goes beyond mere translation, allowing you to fully localize your appointments. From date and time formats to confirm, registration buttons.
Follow these steps to add custom translation:-
- Go to Settings > Translation
- Select any language and change the text you want to localize in your language.
For example, I changed the Select a Date & Time
to Please Select a Date & Time
in the default English language selected in my event.
The translation data is heavily cached in 250+ edge regions globally for low-latency and fastest appointment pages performance.
So, it may take up to 60 seconds to apply the changes globally.
Languages
There are 22 languages supported on DaySchedule appointment scheduling software, with an option to localize the content in any language to tailor the language settings to suit your localization requirements globally.
You can specify your default language in an event, or enable users to select their preferred language while visiting your appointment booking page.
The default language is en-US
when no option is selected.

Default language
Follow these steps to set default language in an event -
- Go to your resource page
- Select a language from drop-down
- Click on next to save the resource
Next time, someone visits your appointment scheduling pages - They will see the content in the selected language.
